COUNSELLING & NDIS SUPPORT
A WARM, SAFE, AND SUPPORTIVE SPACE FOR EVERYONE.
COUNSELLING SERVICES
Relational, nervous system–aware counselling for men, women, teenagers, and children.
Just counselling and that is more than enough.
Not everyone is ready for, or interested in, hypnosis. And that is completely okay. Counselling on its own is deeply powerful work.
Sometimes what we need most is simply a safe, consistent space to slow down, be heard, and begin to understand ourselves more clearly.
My counselling approach is relational, warm, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while always adapting the work to suit the individual sitting in front of me.
We move at your pace, with full respect for your experience and your process.
You are always the authority on your own life. My role is to hold space, offer thoughtful reflection, and walk alongside you — not to direct or fix.
WHO I SUPPORT
I offer counselling for children, teenagers, men, and women of all ages.
Every person who comes through my door — or connects with me online — is met with the same warmth, care, and deep respect.
No two people arrive with the same story, and there is no expectation that you have everything figured out before reaching out.
AREAS I SUPPORT
Many people come to counselling because something in life feels heavy, confusing, or difficult to carry alone.
Some of the areas I commonly support include:
• Anxiety and stress
• Trauma and post-traumatic stress
• Grief and loss
• Relationships and family dynamics
• Life transitions and identity shifts
• Self-worth and confidence
• Parenting challenges
• Emotional regulation and nervous system support
• Personal growth and wellbeing
If what you’re experiencing doesn’t neatly fit into one of these areas, please know that you are still welcome. You do not need a label or diagnosis to deserve support.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A counselling session that feels like breathing room.
Each session is 60 minutes and can be held either in person at my practice in Joslin, Adelaide, or online via video.
We begin where you are. There is no pressure to arrive with a clear plan or the right words.
During our first session we take time to get to know one another, what has brought you here, what you are carrying, and what feels most important to explore.
From there, we work together to understand what kind of support will serve you best.
Some clients come for a defined period with a clear focus. Others come week-to-week as life unfolds. Both approaches are welcome.

A GENTLE NOTE
Counsellor, not psychologist.
I believe it is important to be transparent about the nature of my work. As a registered counsellor, I do not provide psychiatric assessment or diagnose mental health conditions.
If you require a formal diagnosis or psychiatric support, I will always encourage you to seek the appropriate professional.
What I offer is something different a deeply human, relational, and trauma-aware space for healing, growth, and reconnection with yourself.
Sometimes the most powerful thing is simply being truly heard by another human being who cares.
You deserve support.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome and you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
