Over the years, my own journey of healing, learning, and personal growth has led me to explore the incredible connection between mind, body, and spirit. I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it can be when we feel safe, supported, and aligned — and I’m here to offer that space to others.
I work holistically, drawing on a wide range of tools to guide you back to your inner calm, clarity, and confidence. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, or personal coaching, my mission is to help you break free from limitations and live with greater ease, presence, and purpose.
I also believe in walking my talk — I’m a lifelong learner, constantly evolving my practice through study, self-reflection, and deep listening. Supporting others on their journey is not just my work — it’s my calling.

Outside of my professional work, I’m a mother to three teenagers, married, and share my days with our beloved family dog. HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a gentle, natural state of focused awareness that is similar to the feeling you experience just before you drift off to sleep or when you’re deeply absorbed in a task or daydream. In this relaxed state, your conscious mind quietens down and we begin working with the subconscious — the part of the mind where patterns, beliefs and emotional responses are stored. It’s not about losing control — it’s the opposite. You are always in full control and aware of what’s happening. You cannot be made to do or say anything you don’t want to. Most people find it calming and familiar — like a deep guided meditation. Through hypnosis, we can access the root causes of what’s holding you back and begin to gently shift those inner blocks. It’s a powerful way to update old subconscious programming and create space for new beliefs, behaviours and ways of being. Whether we’re working on anxiety, self-worth, emotional eating or something else entirely, hypnosis can be a supportive and empowering tool on your healing journey.
BREATHWORK?
There are many types of breathwork practiced around the world, each with its own style and intensity. The breathwork I offer is gentle and rooted in yoga traditions like pranayama and kundalini, with a soft shamanic influence - always guided with care and support to ensure a safe and nurturing experience. It is the practice of using conscious, mindful breathing to calm the nervous system, release tension and help you reconnect with your body.
Through guided breath journeys, you create space within your body and mind, inviting ease, presence and emotional flow.
Breathwork is like a moving meditation, helping you find calm and clarity—one breath at a time.
SOMATIC MINDFULNESS?
Somatic mindfulness invites you to come home to your body. It’s a practice of gently noticing sensations, emotions, and energy - building a deep sense of presence, safety, and self-trust. In a world that often pulls us into the mind, this work brings us back to the body, where true healing and wholeness begin.
