At the heart of my work is person-centred counselling  a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that honours your unique journey. I believe you already hold the answers within you. My role is to support you in uncovering them, at your pace, with care and respect.

 

Using tools like hypnosis, breathwork, and somatic mindfulness, I help you gently release what’s no longer serving you  whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, limiting beliefs, or old emotional patterns  and reconnect with the calm, confident, wise part of yourself.

 

You don’t need to be fixed.

You’re not broken.

But sometimes we forget who we truly are beneath the stress and stories. That’s where this work begins.

I’m a passionate and dedicated wellness practitioner here to help you reconnect with your true self and create meaningful, lasting transformation. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that real change begins within from the inside out.

 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been devoted to helping others and being of service. I love to dance, play, and move my body yet there was a time when I lost sight of that playful, vibrant part of me. I became numb to life, shut down emotionally, and disconnected from who I truly was.

 

This journey of forgetting and remembering has shaped everything I do. Losing my dad to cancer at the young age of 57 was a profound turning point. It taught me that life isn’t guaranteed, and if that’s true, why would we live stuck in unhappiness or numbness? But the change didn’t happen overnight it was a slow awakening over nearly ten years. I had shut off my emotions because feeling was too overwhelming; survival meant getting on with things and shutting down vulnerability although I did deeply love everyone around me just not myself.

 

Everything shifted when one of my children began to struggle with anxiety. It was then I truly realised how deeply connected our nervous systems are, how emotions and stress ripple through families and communities. I knew that something had to change. And so, our journey began.

 

Over the years, through healing, learning, and personal growth, I’ve explored the incredible connection between mind, body, and spirit. I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful it is to feel safe, supported, and aligned. That’s the space I hold for others now a place where you can reconnect to your inner calm, clarity, and confidence.

 

I work holistically, using a wide range of tools whether one-on-one sessions, group workshops, or personal coach to help you break free from limitations and live with greater ease, presence, and purpose.

 

I’m also a lifelong learner, constantly evolving my practice through study, self-reflection, and deep listening. Supporting others on their journey is not just my work, it’s my passion and my calling.

Breathwork ~ Calm, Clear, Connected

 

Breathwork is the practice of conscious, mindful breathing to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension, and help you reconnect deeply with your body and emotions.

 

The breathwork I offer is gentle and rooted in yoga traditions like pranayama and kundalini, with a soft shamanic influence always guided with care to ensure you feel safe, supported, and nurtured.

 

Why breathwork?

In our busy, stressful lives, many of us hold tension in our bodies and feel disconnected from ourselves. Breathwork offers a powerful way to reset, helping you:

Somatic Mindfulness ~ Tune Into What Your Body Already Knows

 

Our nervous system carries the echoes of past stress, pain, and emotional wounds  things the mind often forgets but the body always remembers and holds onto.

 

Somatic mindfulness helps regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. It’s a gentle invitation to feel what’s beneath the surface, to ease pain, release tension, and open space for healing.
